This week, Keenan & Associates announced
that James J. Czesak has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Employee Benefits in their Torrance headquarters office. Keenan offers a complete range of services to California public agencies and the health care industry, including insurance, risk management, third-party claims administration, integrated disability, financial services and consulting.

Czesak’s experience spans more than 30 years in the insurance and benefits consulting field. Most recently, Czesak was the Chief Operating Officer for ABD Insurance Services, Employee Benefits Division, and has served in a number of sales management and executive roles with HCM Benefits, Alexander & Alexander and Greatwest Hospitals. He began his career at Prudential Insurance Company in the Los Angeles Group Sales Office.
Czesak is a former board member of the Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers and the Council of Employee Benefits Executives. He is involved in organizations and foundations supporting public education and local communities. He received his degree in Economics from Colgate University.
